Search tools and Focus
The service offers web, image and news search, advanced search operators and browser setup guides. Focus lets you include or exclude selected websites for a search. Focus settings are stored in a cookie without requiring a login, and can be backed up and restored.
Privacy, logs and advertisements
Mojeek says it does not track individual users. Its privacy policy nevertheless describes indefinitely retained logs with request and technical information; IP addresses are replaced by a country code. For search and shopping advertisements, the provider says it shares the search query and country code with advertising partners. Websites you open have their own data policies.
Developer access
Developers can obtain web results through a separately priced API with JSON or XML responses. Query limits, storage rights and other conditions depend on the plan. Check the current API terms for your intended integration rather than assuming that ordinary web search and commercial API access have the same conditions.
