Updates are provided for you to apply with a click, rather than requiring you to maintain the server stack yourself.
The service is billed hourly with a monthly invoice, and the machine configuration can be scaled as requirements change. The provider says backups are retained for up to three months. Hosting a Mattermost instance through Stackhero is different from operating it on your own hardware, and Mattermost edition features need to be checked separately.
