What can Lumo help with?
Lumo provides a chat interface for drafting and editing text, translating, brainstorming and summarizing uploaded documents. You can enable web search for current information. Proton’s current guide also lists image creation, editing and analysis. Results can still be inaccurate, so check important answers before using them.
Guest access, Free and Plus
You can try Lumo without an account with limited guest access. A free Proton account adds saved chat history and other features, subject to limits. Lumo Plus offers higher usage allowances and additional features. Check the current plan details before subscribing, as availability and limits can change.
How does Lumo handle chat data?
According to Proton, prompts and responses are not used for AI training. When you sign in, chat histories can be saved with zero-access encryption; guest use and signed-in use therefore differ. Review the current privacy terms and your organization’s requirements before uploading sensitive work material. These provider statements are not an independent compliance assessment.
