Manage buckets and objects
IONOS CLOUD Object Storage stores backups, media and application data through an S3-compatible interface. You can manage buckets with the API, Data Center Designer or compatible clients. Access controls and versioning help manage permissions and file changes.
Retention and costs
Object Lock supports configured retention periods for stored objects. Review its settings before use, as retention can prevent deletion. Storage usage is billed separately from data transmission. The current product page lists write, retrieval and API operations as free, but traffic charges still depend on the applicable price list.
