§ 1 Scope of Application
The following terms and conditions (hereinafter: T&C) apply to all current and future business relationships between EUROBOXX – Christian Pust, Dorfstr. 12, 22956 Grönwohld (hereinafter EUROBOXX) and its customers. Terms and conditions of the customer or contractual partner that deviate from these conditions do not apply. Counter-confirmations by the customer with reference to their own business or purchasing conditions are expressly rejected. Deviations from this require written confirmation by EUROBOXX.

Customers within the meaning of these terms of use are exclusively entrepreneurs. A contract conclusion with consumers is expressly excluded.

§ 2 Contract Conclusion, Acceptance, Duration and Termination
Upon registration by the customer and confirmation by EUROBOXX, a remunerable work contract in accordance with § 631 BGB (German Civil Code) is established through offer and acceptance. The subject matter of the contract is the entry into the search directory of EUROBOXX and publication therein. The entry is deemed accepted if defects are not reported within 5 days of creation. The minimum term for the contract is 1 month. The customer may terminate the contract at any time, but exclusively for good cause. All prices are net plus statutory VAT.

§ 3 Customer’s Obligation to Cooperate
The customer is obligated to provide EUROBOXX with all information, logos, graphics, and photos – completely and correctly – unsolicited in such a way that EUROBOXX can create a company profile. The same applies if changes occur in the customer’s data. EUROBOXX reserves the right to modify or revise individual parts or the entire delivery so that they conform to the portal. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are free of third-party rights or that their approval is available.

§ 4 Reviews
Users can rate the customer in the search directory accordingly to reflect their experiences. EUROBOXX is aware that some users will provide inappropriate or false reviews. The customer is informed about new reviews via their registered email address and can approve or delete the review themselves.

§ 5 Warranty, Liability
EUROBOXX does not provide any guarantee. Claims for defects pursuant to § 634 No. 1, 2, and 4 BGB become statute-barred, deviating from § 634a I No. 3 BGB, within one year.

EUROBOXX guarantees a search directory availability of 97%.

EUROBOXX is only liable for gross negligence and intent. Damages caused by computer failures and transmission disruptions during email transmission or by computer viruses are not to be classified as gross negligence. EUROBOXX takes precautions against this through suitable anti-virus software.

Liability for slight negligence applies exclusively in the event of a breach of fundamental obligations. In this case, EUROBOXX’s obligation to pay compensation is limited to 5,000.00 euros, unless a higher amount is separately agreed in writing.

§ 6 Entries
EUROBOXX reserves the right to expand and edit entries from agencies. The goal is to provide comprehensive information for readers and to maintain the quality and scope of content at a high level. Naturally, only freely accessible information that is also communicated on the agency’s company website is used here.

§ 7 Miscellaneous
No verbal side agreements have been made; all changes require written form. The place of performance for all services and place of jurisdiction is Grönwohld. German law applies.

Terms of Use for Users
– By accessing the profile database, a usage agreement is established between EUROBOXX – Christian Pust, Dorfstr. 12, 22956 Grönwohld (hereinafter EUROBOXX) and the respective user. The use of the database and search function is free of charge.
– The service providers are each responsible for the content of the profiles. EUROBOXX therefore cannot assume any warranty or guarantee for the accuracy and completeness of the profile data.
– The use of the database and contacting service providers is only permitted for the purpose of direct, activity-related contract proposals.
– Any other use, in particular the sending of advertising or commercial address exploitation, is expressly prohibited.
– Violations will be warned without exception, whereby all costs for this will be claimed against the perpetrator by way of damages.
– The IP addresses of users are stored within the framework of legal permissibility.
