Hotjar has merged into Contentsquare. Its heatmaps, session replay and surveys are now part of that platform, alongside funnels and error monitoring. New users sign up through Contentsquare rather than opening a new Hotjar account.
Contentsquare offers free and paid plans with different limits. Existing customers should check which platform and plan their account uses. Set up capture rules, masking and consent before collecting visitor recordings or survey responses.
