Artikel10 e.V. operates a public DNS resolver supporting DNS over HTTPS and DNS over TLS. You can use dns.artikel10.org with a compatible browser, operating system or router.
The service page links to configuration guidance for Android, Chrome, Firefox and OpenWrt. The association says it does not store information about individual DNS queries. It is a volunteer project, without a high-availability guarantee.
